Located at the base of Black Mesa with great panoramic views to the West. The land is adjacent to Archeological Conservancy hence a lot of Indian artifacts on the Mesa and on the land. There is an older single wide that has a cover and a little site built room on the front. The pack rats and mice have taken over and the single wide will need work to make it habitable. The price of $60k does not really include the value of this building. The property is mostly fenced with APS power, private well and septic. It is not far from the Concho highway, you have to drive through 2 gates to the get to the land. High clearance and 4 wheel drive are recommended.
