This land is located just off of the I-40 interstate at the Knife City Exit. Own your own piece of Arizona off Grid land. There is some electricity in the area, but it would require an estimate from APS. Perfect for RVing. There are a few homes built in the area but some of the roads are just a bit rough, but still has reasonable access. We cannot keep a sign on the property due to the spring winds. Beautiful open range land. Local mini mart for supplies. Great way to escape the summer heat in the valley.
