Lola Cain sold my home in 3 days.. Lovely young man. He handled all aspects like he had a time frame to meet. I was shocked at the speed all was handled. Very professional. I was so impressed. Only a week went by and all was handled house SOLD!!! Love it!!! Nothing like no stress..

I was referred to Josh by my niece, who had nothing but positive things to say. From the beginning he was very informative regarding how he intended to market the house. There was follow through every step of the way during the sales process. He was able to refer me to local tradesmen for repair items that was needed after inspection. Everything sailed along smoothly. I’m very happy with how fast everything moved along, without a for sale sign in front of our house. Josh was an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I have sold/purchased many properties and we have never had a more professional, yet friendly experience than with Josh. He gets things done and we enjoyed getting to know him. Highly, highly recommended!
